Today was a special one.
We had three interns join us from Great Lakes Institute of Management & what made it even more memorable was an open lunch conversation with our CEO. No formal agenda, no presentations just honest, grounded conversations.
We spoke about learning & unlearning, how to think about careers, what really matters when choosing a role & how decisions play out in the real world. What stood out was how relatable and practical the discussion was everyone in the room could connect to it in their own way.
Moments like these matter. Day 1 isn’t just about onboarding or introductions it’s about the kind of experience and environment you step into.
